2. Processing of Personal Data; Type, Purposes and Uses

When visiting our website www.kanzlei-ch.de the browser on the device you are using automatically sends information to our website’s server. This information is temporarily stored in server log files. The following information is processed and stored until it is automatically deleted:

  • The date and time of retrieval,
  • The name and URL of the file accessed,
  • The website from which the access is conducted (Referrer-URL) or the name of the access provider,

Your data will not be distributed for any other than the aforementioned reasons.

  • The transfer is required pursuant to Art. 6 (1) point (f) GDPR for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume these legitimate interests are overridden by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms,
  • There is a legal obligation pursuant to Art. 6 (1) point (c) GDPR,
  • It is necessary pursuant to Art. 6 (1) point (b) GDPR to perform the contract.

4. Cookies

The following tracking tools are used, pursuant to Art. 6 (1) point (f) GDPR. They serve the goal to provide continued optimization of our website. We additionally use tracking tools for statistical evaluation of our website’s usage.

This information is transferred to third parties, in case of a legal obligation or if the third parties are tasked to process the information. Your IP-address will not be connected to any other of Google’s data. IP-Addresses are anonymized, so they cannot be matched (IP-Masking).

You can request information in particular about the purposes of the processing; the categories of personal data concerned; the recipients or categories of recipient to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations; the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored; the existence of the right to request from us rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data or to object to such processing; the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; when the data is not collected from you, the source of the data; the existence of automated decision-making;

  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, in the place of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.

7. Right to object

When your personal data is being processed the grounds of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) point (f) GDPR, you have the right to object pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, on grounds relating to your particular situation. When personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time, without the need to refer to a particular situation.
